Closing of ELS Laramie

February 21th, 2013 Closing of ELS Laramie Dear ELS Educational Partners, After nine years of partnership, through mutual agreement between ELS Language Centers and the University of Wyoming (UW), we will be closing our ELS Center at the campus of the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, on April 26th, 2013. Please be assured that we are committed to providing excellent instruction and services to our students at ELS/Laramie through the very last day of operation.Today, we have informed our current students of the Center closing and the provisions we have made for anyone interested in transferring. Each current student will meet with the Center staff so that we can make this transition to another ELS Center or institution as easy as possible for students. More detailed information regarding these accommodations is being sent directly to our partners whose students are currently enrolled. We are also contacting any students who have submitted applications to Laramie and will assist them in transferring their enrollments to another ELS Center. For all students who have not applied, but who have expressed interest in ELS/Laramie, we recommend they make application to one of the following Centers: ELS/Denver, at Front Range Community College; ELS/Pocatello, at Idaho State University; or ELS/Tacoma, at Bates Technical College. ELS in Laramie has hosted many students and assisted them with fulfilling their dream of a US education. We are proud of the excellent work our staff and teachers in Laramie have provided and wish to thank them for all they have done.
